Control Devices, LLC, a Goldner Hawn portfolio company, recently acquired Dry Link, Inc. (“Dry Link”), a premier manufacturer of dry-disconnect “dry break” hose couplings for bulk transfer of liquids and high-containment split-butterfly valves for powders.
Dry Link’s couplings are used worldwide in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries to provide drip-free connections. All major pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food companies specify Dry Link’s sanitary line of couplings when hygienic and high purity conditions are required. Dry Link is headquartered in Sunrise, Florida and represents Control Devices’ tenth add‐on acquisition.
