Tim co-founded Goldner Hawn in 1989. Bringing over three decades of private equity industry experience and expertise, Tim assists the management teams at Trystar and Stouse to execute organic and acquisitive growth strategies.

Prior to Goldner Hawn, Tim worked with JP Morgan in New York as well as for US Bank in Minneapolis. Tim is a graduate of Denison University (B.A.) and the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management (M.B.A.).

Notable past investments include: Cameron’s Coffee, Universal Turbine Parts, Houlihan’s Restaurants, Petermann Bus Co., Westlake Hardware. Current portfolio investments include:
