Founded in Minneapolis in 1989 by Mike Goldner, Van Zandt Hawn, Tim Johnson and Jack Morrison, Goldner Hawn is one of the longest standing private equity investment firms in the Midwest. Over the years, we have built and sustained a reputation for high integrity and straight forward dealings, reflecting the values that have been ingrained in the culture of the firm.
