Goldner Hawn Completes the Sale of Cyber Advisors

Goldner Hawn LP (“Goldner Hawn”) announced the sale of Cyber Advisors, LLC (“Cyber Advisors” or the “Company”), a leading provider of cybersecurity and managed IT services, to Sterling Investment Partners (“Sterling”). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1997, Cyber Advisors provides cybersecurity, managed IT and compliance services to small, mid, and enterprise businesses across diverse end markets. The Company delivers mission-critical cybersecurity and IT services that enhance data security, system reliability, and regulatory compliance on behalf of its nationwide customer base.
