Goldner Hawn Portfolio Company Trystar Acquires Cyber Sciences

Trystar, a Goldner Hawn portfolio company, recently completed the purchase of Cyber Sciences. The acquisition is expected to enhance Trystar’s power monitoring, diagnostics, and analysis capabilities in the data center and healthcare markets where uptime is critical.

Headquartered in Murfreesboro, TN, and founded in 2000, Cyber Sciences is a manufacturer of high-quality specialty products for monitoring electrical power systems. Its products include sequence-of-events recorders (SER) and GPS time reference and synchronization devices. This highly sophisticated technology makes it possible for customers to reconstruct and analyze a power loss event to help prevent a potential future power interruption.
