Brian McSharry works closely with Goldner Hawn portfolio company leadership teams to drive strategy and operational best practices. He brings over 30 years of experience and expertise, with a track record of success within the industrial manufacturing, distribution, and business services industry sectors. Most recently, Brian was the President & CEO of Midwest Industrial Rubber. Prior to that, Brian held President & CEO roles at RESA Power Solutions and A&A Manufacturing.

Over the last ten years, Brian has led three successful private equity exits and completed over fifteen acquisitions /“greenfields”. Brian is an active board member for several companies including Goldner Hawn portfolio companies Concept Advanced Manufacturing Solutions and Renovation Systems.
