Darren joined Goldner Hawn in 2019. He is actively involved in all the firm’s activities including capital raising, finance, administration, information technology, compliance, investor relations, and working closely with management teams.

Prior to Goldner Hawn, Darren was VP of Finance at Norwest Equity Partners (NEP), a middle market private equity firm. Prior to NEP, he held various finance positions in Corporate Finance at Wells Fargo & Co. and Ameriprise Financial. He is a graduate of North Dakota State University (B.S.) and the University of St. Thomas (M.B.A.).
