Dylan joined Goldner Hawn in 2022. He is actively involved in analyzing investment opportunities and monitoring investments made by the firm.

Previously, Dylan worked in mergers and acquisitions with Hennepin Partners in Minneapolis, as well as Chartwell Financial Advisory in Minneapolis, where he focused on valuation and transaction advisory services. Dylan is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas (B.A.), where he graduated cum laude.
